Your footage will be held for 1 month from Delivery Date (2 weeks if it is busy) and then removed from our system. If you need copies of your finished DVD, it's best to do it at the time of order.
If you would like extra copies of the finished DVD these are:
$10.00 per DVD for a single DVD case (1 Disc) and $12.00 for a double DVD case (2 Discs).
Prices for Scanning SLIDES & NEGATIVES.
(Price includes minor image restoration; scratches, blotches, dust and blemishes are corrected, colour is graded and castes are removed)
- 0 to 500 images @ $0.50 cents each
- 501 and over images @ $0.40 cents each
Prices for Scanning PHOTOGRAPHS.
(Price includes minor image restoration; scratches, blotches, dust and blemishes are corrected, colour is graded and castes are removed)
- 0 to 100 images @ $1.20 each
- 101 and over images @ $1.00 each
There is an additional cost of :
$10.00 for authoring and designing the case and disc label. No authoring (menu's) and a DVD case with white label and black lettering is free (but not very interesting!).
SLIDESHOW ON DVD - For DVD and Computers
$20.00 plus cost of scanning your photos, slides and negatives as above.
MOTION DVD - Your images are edited into a memorable movie complete with titles, effects, captions, credits and music.
Prices are calculated at the above rates for scanning and then add an additional $50.00 per hour for editing.
There is an additional cost of :
$10.00 for authoring and designing the case and disc label. No authoring (menu's) and a DVD case with white label and black lettering is free.
Clients can choose from either:
- DVD Case with Printed Disc Label and Printed Case insert.
- Brushed metal tin with see through lid and either Lightscribe Label or Printed Disc label.(This is a lovely option for a special occasion piece like a wedding or milestone birthday)
TAPES - VHS - VHS-C - Hi- 8 - Video 8 - Digital 8 - Mini-DV
- $25.00 per hour of tape transferred. $16.00 part of the hour. (ie: if you have 3x90min tapes with only 20 minutes on the third tape, the cost will be $91.00). Minimum charge of $25.00.

Video is transferred into a non-linear editing system and set down in a timeline. We will automatically edit out camera wobbles, reframing and shots of the floor and generally tidy up your material but we do NOT edit your pictures; unless you want a MOTION DVD (SEE ABOVE BOX).
If you would like a separate edit of your images to accompany your raw footage this is priced at $50.00 per hour. This can look very nice set to music as an alternative to the original master footage. When editing, we can add all reasonable effects, titles, music, captions, voice-over and credits.
For the Case, Clients can choose from either:
- Black DVD Case with Printed Disc Label and Printed Case insert.

PRINT OUTS
Your photographs, negatives and slides can be printed out on quality paper in a size of your choosing. All images are enhanced and blemishes and marks corrected. If we have already scanned your photographs, slides or negatives for a Motion DVD, the price for your print – out will be 90 cents per image.

CASSETTE TAPES Transferred to CD
Your Cassette's will be transferred with as much hiss and crackle removed. Each song is put into it's own track.
- 60 minute cassette - $10.00 both sides on one CD
- 90 Minute casssette - $15.00 both sides on two CD's
- Album and Artist Name and songs added to CD Label and Disc front - $5.00 per CD
VINYL RECORDS Transferred to CD
Your Records will be transferred with as much hiss and crackle removed. Each song is put into it's own track.
- 33rpm record - $10.00 both sides on one CD
- 45rpm - $5.00 both sides (can fit a number of these on one CD)
- Design your own compilations. Pick out favourite songs from your records or tapes and we'll combine them onto one CD. $1.20 per song ($12.00 minimum)
- Album and Artist Name and songs added to CD Label and Disc front - $5.00 per CD
