FAQ's
Q: Can you transfer audio cassettes and records?
A: If you have recorded the cassettes yourself of family events/voices then yes we can transfer it. We cannot transfer commercial cassettes, records or cassettes of programmes recorded off the radio? Copyright laws prevent this. Please refer to Licensing FAQ's for more information.
Q: Can you transfer recordings from the TV to DVD?
A: No, copyright laws prohibit us from doing this.
Q: Can you transfer a commercial video or portions of, to DVD?
A: Copyright laws allow you to make one copy for backup if you own the original Video. If you require parts of copyrighted films or movies for your presentations, I would need written permission from the person who holds the copyright on that piece of film before I could transfer it for you. Some commercial Video's employ their own copy protection systems and if this is the case we are unable to copy the video at all.

We can transfer your photographs, slides, negatives, VHS and camcorder footage straight to DVD if you choose; or we can edit your memories into an elegant movie complete with titles, music, voice over, captions and credits. The completed movie comes authored on DVD with your photographs, slides or negatives also stored as individual TIFF's or JPEG's should you wish to print them out at a later date.
Our service is very personal and designed to suit your personality. Be it your wedding video, latest trip abroad, business presentation, showreel or simply converting your photographs albums to digital. At Milk 2 Sugars we believe that photographs and video are precious memories; don't let them suffer the ravages of time. Put them on a format that will last.
Your finished DVD will have a specially designed Disc and Case Label. You can add whatever you like to the design. We can scan most items; for example ticket stubs from a favourite gig, a newspaper headline or other memento. Write your own poem or verse and we can include it.
